Essentium desired guidance for applying User-Centered Design (UCD) towards their new HSE-180s Printer, which will revolutionize the industry and put Essentium “on the map”. Deliverables included: a Customer Journey Map, User Stories, Touchpoints and Customer Personas. These work products were used to verify that the initially designed screens were on the correct path.
